What is the standard processing time?

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days from the day you order until the order is shipped out. If an emailed proof is requested, it will be sent before the end of the next business day. Your approval of the proof must be received before printing will take place. Once approved, the processing time will begin and the order will ship out within 1-2 business days.

Do you offer rush processing and shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping. Any orders placed with USPS Express Mail shipping will ship the next business day. Always feel free to contact us with any questions about processing/shipping times.

Is there an additional charge for personalization?

You may personalize the text on your invitation any way you'd like free of charge. All text can be changed as needed. If you wish to have custom color or design changes to the design itself; there is a $10 custom design fee. This will also add an additional 1-2 business days to the processing time to allow our designers to make the requested changes.

Can I order the design I want blank without any text and print myself?

Yes, you may order the designs without any text. Simply start as if you are ordering personalized and click on "erase all the text". From there, you will proceed and complete the order process.

Do you proof read my invitation before printing?

You can select to receive a digital proof. If selected, we will review your invitation for simple grammatical and spelling errors and will check all spacing and alignment. We will still check the spacing and alignment if a proof is not selected, however; we will not proof it for other errors.

If I order a proof, am I limited to the number of changes I can request?

Absolutely not! You can request as many changes as needed. We do have to make the changes for you, so please understand that sometimes you may receive an immediate response while other times, it may be a few hours. Emails are answered in the order they are received.

What type of paper do you print on?

Our standard paper stock is 100# matte cardstock. We do offer 100# vellum stock, 110# shimmer stock, and 120# matte stock for a minimal ugrade fee.

Does this invitation require additional postage?

Standard postage is sufficient on the majority of our invitations. Any square invitations will require additional postage. Please check with your local post office or for more details.

I like this design, but want different wording…Is this possible?

Yes, you may use any wording you'd like on any invitation. The preset wording is simply there as an example.
